Shipping Policy and Responsibility
Please note: All delivery times may be affected due to large promotions resulting in a massive number of orders. Please do not panic if your parcel does not arrive within the average shipping times, it is on its way.
Average shipping times:
- United States: 7-12 working days
- Rest of the world: 7-15 working days
Can I have a tracking number?
Tracking details will be provided once orders have been shipped. Tracking details are available for all products. Please allow at least 72 hours after we have provided the tracking details for them to be registered in the system.
Please note that tracking information may take some time to update in the carrier's system during the shipping process.
I ordered 2+ items but only received one... where is my order?
We have a large selection of products that are stocked overseas. If you order more than one item at a time, they may be shipped separately to get to you faster. You may receive one item before the next. So don't worry if you don't receive all the items at once! It just means they are on their way.
Why haven't I received confirmation details for my order?
In most cases, this is because you accidentally entered your email address incorrectly. We send several emails during the process, including an order confirmation, fulfilment notification, and dispatch notification.
If you believe you have entered your email address incorrectly, please contact us and we will correct it for you as soon as possible.
Can I cancel my order or add items?
Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders as they are processed immediately upon receipt for better service.
As we do not store payment information, we cannot add items to an order. In this case, please place another order for the additional items.
At what time of day are orders shipped?
Our warehouse works around the clock to process orders.
Why does my tracking status show "delivered" but I haven't received my parcel yet?
Normally, your local post office should find your parcel with their GPS system, and the problem should be solved within the next few days. Please contact your local post office to ensure the parcel was not left there when no one was home, or check if it was placed in your parcel box.
How long does it take you to respond to enquiries?
We respond to all customer enquiries within 24 hours or less.
Free on Board (FOB) Shipping
Please note, NewYou Fitness operates under FOB (Free on Board) Shipping Point terms. This means that once your order leaves our warehouse, the responsibility for any loss, theft, or damage during transit transfers to the customer. This policy is also stated during the checkout process.
For customers seeking additional coverage, we offer Frontline Eco Priority Shipping, which includes protection for lost, stolen, or damaged items. If you did not select this option, we are unable to cover such incidents.
